Manage end-to-end recruitment processes on Russian market in the name of Kronospan for medium and senior level positions;
Create great job postings and search for interesting candidates using depending on situation direct and indirect recruitments methods;
Constantly explore creative ways to attract talents and provide never ending monitoring and searching process for best candidates according to Kronospan needs;
Manage entire hiring cycle, including: defining recruitment strategy based demand details, recruiting, interviewing, providing feedback, reference checking and making offers;
Build strong positive relations with candidates and promote Kronospan brand on the labor market.
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in direct search on Russian market;
Experience in sourcing, interviewing and conducting whole process of recruitment for sales, technical and managerial positions (medium and senior level);
Very good Russian and good English or Polish command;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with candidates and internal managers;
Proficient with job boards, postings & searching;
Flexible with a strong drive to achieve desired outcomes in an environment of constant change.
